We loved our stay! Accommodations were exactly as described. Very clean, plenty of “extras” that some rentals don’t always have, like throw blankets, games, books, coffee/tea/hot cocoa. So peaceful. Karen was very responsive and helpful.

We brought in the New Year at this beautiful property nestled in the mountains, and it was divine. The space was unique, homey, and well-kept. Karen’s communication was prompt and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend.

This place is beautiful. The surroundings are out of this world. The trees, the Mountain View’s, everything was magical. It’s super close to Bryce resorts as well. Karen was an amazing host and always responsive. The interior design is as amazing as the outside of this little house. And it’s surprisingly spacious inside. The kids had a great time and we all made great memories. Highly recommend this place!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Red Round Treehouse. The place was cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful woods. The kids loved the loft. It was the perfect spot to unwind, and we felt at home right away. We really appreciated the care put into the space and would happily come back again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Karen made my first experience at an Airbnb and in Shenandoah one of the most memorable. She helped out a lot by giving my husband and I recommendations on local things we can do which made it very nice and easy. One of the most comfortable/cleanest Airbnbs I have been to.

We had a fantastic stay at the Red Round Treehouse! Beautiful home, extremely clean, and just perfect for our family weekend away. We checked out some local places, explored Woodstock, and went on a gorgeous fall hike. Highly recommended!!

We booked for a last minute get away and it was bike weekend. The house was adorable, comfortable and perfectly clean. Felt like home. Would highly recommend. Also I didn’t know colonial beach had so many little things to do. Pleasantly surprised. Thanks for having us.

This was our second stay at Pegs Pearl. We loved it the first time and it seemed like coming home the second. The location makes it perfect for long weekend getaway’s. Close enough to dining and entertainment, but in a quiet neighborhood. The house is as advertised, although the photos don’t do it justice. The owner is easy to get in contact with and extremely helpful and responsive. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Colonial Beach we recommend you give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!!
